Subtitle Video (Burn-In Captions)

Upload a video and a subtitle file (.srt or .vtt) to generate a new version with the text already embedded in the picture.

Your video never leaves your device — processing happens entirely in your browser.

Not sure? Turn your internet off and try — it still works.

How it works

"Burning in" a subtitle means drawing the text directly onto every video frame, so it shows up for anyone watching, in any player, with nothing to turn on — unlike a separate subtitle file, which only shows if the player knows how to load it. 1. Upload your video. 2. Upload the subtitle file (.srt or .vtt). 3. Click Burn subtitles into video and download the result. Two things worth knowing before you process: the subtitle file needs to be saved as UTF-8 for accents and special characters to show up correctly (most subtitle editors already save that way by default); and the burned-in subtitle is permanent — you can't turn it off or remove it afterward, so keep the original video if you want a version without subtitles later.
