While we work hard to provide correct results, Kastavo does not guarantee that every tool is free of errors. Always verify information used in professional, academic, financial, medical or legal contexts.

The values and files you process in the tools remain yours; processing happens entirely in your browser, and Kastavo does not store that content on any server or keep copies of it — if something fails in your browser during processing, there is no way to recover the original file.

You may mention Kastavo and link to the site in news coverage, articles, blog posts, videos and social media, including reviews and critiques. We only ask that the information be true and verifiable, that Kastavo not be described in a misleading way, and that the mention not suggest a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement without authorization.

By using Kastavo's tools to process files, you represent that you hold all rights necessary over that content. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Kastavo and its representatives against any damages, losses or expenses arising from improper or unlawful use, or use that infringes the rights of third parties, when processing files through the site.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), regardless of the country of access. Users in the European Union retain the rights granted to them under the GDPR.

To resolve any disputes, controversies or claims arising from the use of the site, the parties exclusively elect the courts of the Comarca de Betim, Minas Gerais, Brazil, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged it may be.
