How it works
Trims a clip from your video and turns it into an animated GIF, right in your browser: 1. Upload your video. 2. Pick the clip's start and duration (up to 10 seconds). 3. Adjust the frame rate and the GIF's width. 4. Click Convert to GIF and download the result. One limitation worth knowing: GIF compresses very little compared to a real video, so every frame carries its own full weight — that's why the clip is limited to a few seconds and the width is reduced, otherwise the final file would be huge and slow to load. A GIF also has no audio: if you need to keep the sound, use the compress-video tool instead of converting to GIF.
