How it works
This calculator uses the same fixed-installment model as the Price table: PMT = PV × i / (1 − (1+i)^−n), where PV is the loan amount, i is the interest rate per installment (as a decimal), and n is the number of installments (term). The installment amount doesn't change over the term, but the split between interest and principal within it shifts each installment.
