How it works
Enter the pages in the format 1,3,5 (individual pages), 2-10 (a range), or a combination like 5-8,15. Every page not in the list stays in the final document, in its original order. The usual reasons are dropping the blank page a scanner inserts, a cover that shouldn't travel with the file, or an attachment that doesn't need to be sent. Pages are numbered from 1, in document order, and the numbers you enter are those of the original, before anything is removed: removing "2-3" from a 10-page PDF leaves 8 pages, and the old page 4 becomes page 2. The new PDF is built only from the pages that stay, so the removed pages' content is not inside the file, and your original PDF is left untouched on your computer. The flip side is that a PDF built this way does not carry the original's document details, such as title and author or bookmarks.
