How it works
A readjustment applies a percentage to an original value to get the adjusted value: adjusted value = value × (1 + percentage/100). A positive percentage increases the value (rent, salary, or subscription readjustments); a negative percentage reduces it. The difference is simply the adjusted value minus the original value.
